Artist Profile: smilingpainter

About:
Two concepts I've been working on for the past 3 years are represented here. One is reflections shown through downtown windows and still lifes full of reflective objects. I also like to set up still lifes with toys that could be interpreted by the viewer in many ways. I'm a mother of two, so I have many sources of inspiration. Although many of the toys in my paintings were mine when I was little.

Interests:
I love to make art in any capacity. My favorite right now is oil and watercolor painting. I think I'm about to try some oil pastels next.

Aspires to:
I am a college graduate and love to teach art. I'm hoping to be a high school art teacher very soon.
