About:
I am a college student working on my fourth year in the Bachelor of Fine Arts program with an emphasis in illustration. I love to draw and work digitally, usually with photoshop and a wacom tablet. Fantasy and Science fiction have always been my major areas of interest in art, but I also love to create and view fine art.

Interests:
Art was not a major interest to me until seventh grade. Before that I was far more involved with reading, writing, and animals of all shapes and sizes. The outdoors have always been important to me and I love travelling, but have never been outside of the US. Today I still love animals and books; I have been working on a few different novels now, some of which are childrens books, some young adult, and some adult novels. Whenever I have the oppertunity I still visit the mountains and hike or rock climb.

Aspires to:
My dream is to do well as a free lance illustrator, obtain my Masters and move onto teaching high school art. I believe that children can develop much stronger art abilities then are being taught to them now before they come into college and I am eager to give students a head start, more so then most high schools usually give them. Another dream of mine is to travel across most of the world studying various cultures and art as more of a science rather then an expression. In the end I just want to learn and touch other people's lives.
